Kimberly Mathis, 60, was arrested Wednesday and faces a demand of failing to halt or continue to be at an accident involving damage immediately after fleeing the crash in Oakland Park final Thursday.
Shortly soon after 6 p.m. Aug. 11, paramedics observed a boy who had been hit by a vehicle near the intersection of Northwest 43rd Road and Northwest Fifth Avenue, the Sheriff’s Business stated. He was taken to a clinic with injuries that ended up not lifestyle-threatening.

The Sheriff’s Workplace unveiled surveillance films Tuesday that showed a female getting out of a burgundy Ford Edge and strolling all-around the SUV, showing to glance for any problems in advance of driving away. Jail data show Mathis had been booked into the Broward Primary Jail by Wednesday night.
