MANSFIELD, Ohio — Update: Mansfield police reported that a 2-week-previous little one at the middle of an Amber Notify has been observed protected.
Law enforcement said the newborn was 10 days outdated and was in will need of professional medical focus.
The child has not viewed a health care provider because she was born at residence, according to law enforcement.
Her mother was observed driving around I-71 and U.S. Route 30.
The youngster is in the custody of Richland County’s Little one Companies.
Her mother is in police custody.

The Mansfield Police Department has issued an Amber Warn for a 2-week-aged toddler that officers say was taken by her mother in Richland County.
In accordance to law enforcement, the 38-calendar year-old is accused of using her 2-7 days-aged daughter to an unfamiliar area.
Police said she is a recognised drug addict and that the toddler is believed to be in hazard.
No data about the child, which include a image, was offered by the law enforcement.
She is described by officers as 5-toes-1-inch tall and weighing 125 lbs. She has blonde hair and green eyes.
